Shipping & Replacement

Shipping
Access Bio currently ships orders only within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Protectorates, or international addresses. Orders are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, and standard delivery typically within approximately four (4) to seven (7) business days after shipment. Shipping costs and available options will be displayed at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our diagnostic products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds.

Replacement
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery. We may request supporting documentation (such as photos) to process a replacement.
